My name is Debrah McIntosh. I received my bachelor’s degree in business administration from Barry University, graduating in with honors, and I am a member of the Association of College Honor Societies. I also have an associated degree in paralegal. Purchasing my first home at 29 years old and earning my bachelor’s degree was one of my greatest accomplishments.
I have been living in North Miami Beach, Florida for many years. I was born in Nassau, The Bahamas; and living in Miami has made it easy for me to adapt and work with the many beautiful, cultural backgrounds. There is no place I would rather live than in Florida; it has the beaches, the palm trees, and the sun. And it is only a 30-minute plane ride to The Bahamas from Miami. I love Miami because it is the gateway to many nations.
What makes me happy is my family, friends, and the satisfaction of giving my homebuyer(s) the keys to their brand-new home or sitting at the closing table with my seller(s), watching them smile as they receive their big check from the sale of their home. I work with Macken Realty, a company that has been in business for over 28 years. We have offices located in Aventura, Las Olas, and a new office is coming soon in Downtown Miami. Macken Realty has many accomplishments, from selling million-dollar homes to creating big development projects, such as 5 Park development that is coming soon to North Miami Beach, located in my backyard. This project will be in walking distance from my home. Working at Macken Realty has taught me to work with integrity and patience. Developing a healthy, long-lasting relationship, and making sure I treat every customer with respect and professionalism makes me unique. Receiving a referral from my customers is like sunshine over my head because it keeps me in business.
I am currently a member of Miami Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). It is very important that I negotiate the best possible price for my customers. This is why I constantly take advantage of the free educational courses offered by Miami Realtors and NAR, which has allowed me to keep informed with the current changes in the real estate market. Remaining educated in this business allows me to put the best interest of my customers first. I am here to listen to my customers and to make them happy by giving them what they need.
